They both suddenly heard a growling at the door. They both jumped, and
slowly, both shaking, walked over to the door. Grrrrrr! They heard again. Pheona
took Lucas’s hand and pulled him up the stairs. They finally got to the
balcony, they opened the double doors and there waiting for them was a black
crow. Whose feathers looked blue in the sun. They quickly each grabbed a door,
and slammed the shut. Boom! The crow was startled and flew away. Lucas fell to
the ground; Phoena fell on top of him. The gaised into each other’s eyes for a
moment, and she got up with the help of Prince Lucas. Pheona noticed that his
eyes were a dark blue, and sparkled in the light. Lucas noticed they both have
blue eyes. They sat on her bed and she said:
“I wish I had a good fairy god mother to help me.”
Poof! She appeared in the bedroom. She was wearing a pretty green gown
and a crown.
“What can I help you with?” the pretty god mother asked.
“There are these vicious, but yet cute animals outside, in the
enchanted forest. Can you help us seal that with magic or something?” Lucas
asked in that deep voice of his, as he stood up and walked to the chair.
“Yes I can. But there is a price. The dark fairy god mother has to help
also. No light fairy is strong enough by herself. Nor can us light fairies join
with more light fairies. It has to be a dark one. Or as you humans say it “evil
one.” We lights have been trying to close that forest off for years. Especially
me because of you, Pheona.” She replies
“Ok I’ll just call upon my evil fairy then.” Pheona says like it is no
big deal.
“No!” the prince and fairy say at the same time.
“If you do that she will or may curse you when you marry and have a
family. My friend did that once. We were playing around and we didn’t believe.
He called upon her on an accident. Ten terrible years later he was cursed to
kill himself.” Lucas explained so well the fairy didn’t need to chime in.
“But it’s the only way.” Pheona replied. “I wish I had an evil fairy
god mother to help me.” She said before the prince could get to her from the
chair to cover her mouth.
Poof! There she was. A tan, black haired, (with little streaks of red)
brown eyed fairy appeared. She was dressed in the shirt that said I don’t care
on it and jeans. She wore glasses and a red pair of converse.
“What can I help you with deary?” she said looking up from her phone
“We need you and my light fairy god mother here whatever her name is,
to close that forest.” Pheona said.
“My name is Luesinda thank you!” the light god mother said.
“My name is Kate. Just so you know.” The dark one added.
